  • Technical issues that prevent access to the course content that we are unable to resolve within 72 hours
  • Duplicate payment for the same course
  • Course content significantly differs from what was advertised
  • Request made within the specified refund period (see section 3)

2.2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses that have been completed or where more than 20% of the content has been accessed
  • Downloadable resources or materials
  • Certification exam fees (once the exam has been attempted)
  • Customized or personalized courses
  • Courses purchased during special promotions or discounts, unless otherwise specified

3. Refund Timeframes

The timeframe for requesting a refund varies by course type:

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@videmyinfotech.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, course name, order number, and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any supporting documentation or explanation for your request

We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours and process it within 7-10 business days after approval.

Note: Refund requests must be made from the registered email address associated with your account.

5. Refund Processing

5.1. Approval Process

All refund requests are reviewed by our refund committee. The decision to approve or deny a refund request is at the sole discretion of Videmy Infotech based on the merits of each case and compliance with this policy.

5.2. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

5.3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If this is not possible, we may issue store credit or make the refund through an alternative method at our discretion.

6.1. Technical Issues

6.2. Course Cancellation

If Videmy Infotech cancels a course, you will receive a full refund regardless of the refund period.

6.3. Dissatisfaction with Course Content

If you are dissatisfied with the course content, please contact us with specific feedback. We may offer partial refunds or alternative solutions at our discretion.

7. Course Transfer Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course offered by Videmy Infotech. Course transfers are subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within the refund period
  • You can only transfer to a course of equal or greater value (price difference must be paid)
  • Each course can only be transferred once
  • Course transfers are not available for discounted courses

8. Exceptions

Videmy Infotech reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
